Our Company

The humble beginnings of Windsor Tool & Die in 1923 expanded over the years to different locations as result of growth in the automotive industry domestically and internationally to its current location Manor Tool and Die in 1981.

To continue to be a world class facility and serve our customers better, both in 1998 and 2004 Sigma Division and Lakeshore Stamping Inc were acquired. With the additional facilities joining along side Manor Tool and Die, a new corporate name of the Max Die Group was established.

Max Die Group has established a reputation, throughout North America in the design and build of stamping tools and prototypes along with the manufacture of production parts that serves the automotive, heavy equipment, alternative energy, lawn & garden and aerospace. MDG strives to provide world-class quality products that are both cost innovative and cost effective.
